Must be able to position the widget ie chat icon in the users preferred area of the screen

I'd love the idea to setup a tag filter for tag x if this, for everything else tag y... for instance, we want to say if the comment/dm has these key words, tag with Customer Service, for all other, tag with Marketing. While we can do the first portion of this request, we can't build out the second portion - which keeps us from building streamlined queues for our two teams and more detailed reporting.

Can you please add "Call Us" button to web widget so customer can call us directly from mobile. Thank you.
