Juphy's Desktop App for Mac and Windows.

Set up the ability to trigger webhooks when certain events take place. This could be added action in automation or as a separate management item. The use case, to trigger integration with tools like Pabbly Connect, Zapier, etc, to then do advanced integrations and process actions.

Create a ticket from the inbox manually and keep track of it.

Telegram is way ahead of WhatsApp in terms of limits, quotas and speed. Please give it precedence over WhatsApp.

Settings for desktop notification, email notifications, Slack notifications.

Would be great to be able to like comments to our posts on Instagram directly from Juphy.
