Hello everyone, What's the biggest problem that you want to solve with those chat bot integration?
My guess;
1 - Having all chatbot conversations in one place. Juphy's lovely inbox.
2 - Receiving push notifications from Juphy's mobile app for chatbot interactions.
3 - Tracking chatbot activities realtime and if required, being part of conversation as a support agent immediately if you think the bot can't help your users/customers.
4 - Other (Please explain)

Mainturn: I agree, disregard Botstar. I'm fairly certain the majority of the community is getting rid of it aswell. Uchat is the next best thing, and I have it as well. +1.

Erdi: To be able to be notified and view the entire conversation history when "talk to human" or human intervention function is triggered, so that we can continue the conversation
It’s not necessary to have all chatbot conversations in Juphy’s inbox since that will clutter things up if a user’s questions can be fully answered via the chatbot
And since we only need to intervene when human intervention function is triggered, there’s no need to receive notification for all chatbot interactions.. only notifications when human intervention is triggered
