Create a ticket from the inbox manually and keep track of it.

Some IG comments need to be replied via DM like it was suggested for FB in the "Respond to a FB Comment with a Private Message” post. It would be nice to have an option to reply via DM to an Instagram comment.

When somebody post a negative comment on a Facebook page, sometimes I would like to block it to prevent other negative comments. Please add a "block" or "ban" button!
