WhatsApp Business Integration to manage all incoming WhatsApp messages as a Team.

At the moment it looks like only the last comment in a comment thread is show in the inbox preview panel. For example, If I want to see any earlier comments in that thread I need to open each thread and review the full conversation. I've attached a screen grab showing the only that would appear in the inbox preview panel in green. Those in red don't appear in the preview panel. Ideally we want to be able to have all comments listed chronologically in the inbox preview panel so that we can quickly skim through all comments and see if there are any that need our attention. Having comments hidden in a threaded view that can only be seen by opening the thread can lead to questions that require answers being missed Unfortunately this makes Juphy unusable for us for now which is a shame as we love everything else. Would love if there was a setting to choose whether you want comments threaded or not!

Evey new mention, comments etc. can be filtered or tagged by specified keywords automatically

Like if we have a team who responds, it will append a name, like: (space, space)~NameHere So people know which team member is responding on any given platform.

Export received messages as .csv by given date

Easily connect Gmail or any email service to Juphy so we can also provide customer support for incoming emails from Juphy's shared inbox as a support team.

I have multiple team members that each do different things. Right now it looks like everything Facebook is lumped into one. I would like the ability to assign the Facebook DM Inbox to one person, the Page comments (or ad comments) to another, and so on. Thank you.

Would be great to have a favicon on all the site pages, not a big issue but one that makes a site professional and is easier to find in a sea of tabs. Thank you!
