Cem: Maybe you can check how Mobilemonkey and Respond.io do this. both tools was able to make this work without problem for more than 2 years and they market it as completely safe

Erdi: Yes like acknowledging their comment. My usecase is like this: Example a user comments How much? or How to buy? - we send an automatic message telling " Hi, Thanks for your interest in our latest post. Are you interested in this product? Let me know!"

ted: At first glance, we thought we would send the automatic reply as a comment. Sending as a private message does not violate facebook rules and is definitely a very important feature in lead generation!
