Hi Everyone, I believe that live-chat is a must for customer communication but only having a live-chat widget might not be enough to compete with live-chat market products on the market. Because of that we do not want to jump into this usecase immediately. I believe that most of the people using live-chat as a marketing purpose so if you need that kind of solution, you must use a tool live-chat with chatbot integrations, user tracking options, onboarding features, knowledge base and more... As you already know that we position juphy as a customer communication or engagement tool, in this case, Why would you use Juphy when you have Intercom or Drift? (I know unifying all is a good idea but what about secondary features like onboarding, knowledgebase, chatbots...)

Erdi: I would prefer to use Juphy instead of Intercom because intercome is branded and monthly subscrition. And I prefer not to have to ask my team to be connected to two different apps all the time.

Live-Chat where we can ask for customer's email is essential for communication. Could someone from the team update this threat to clarify if decision is made and we WONT be seeing live-chat like widget that we could add to our ecom stores?

Looks like you guys made your mind up about this in August 2020, but it would be great without having users needing Facebook or to sign in to contact via web widget. Knowledge base compatible would be unreal.

It would be great to have a live widget where no Facebook account is neccesary to use it (as an owner). Also one which is GDPR compliant.
