The purpose of Juphy is to make customer support easy through all social channels, right? So, it has to have some kind of feature where we can have record of WHO that customers are. Particularly, this is very important for FB messages. I found no way to assist me in Messenger Marketing while I'm using Juphy on a page. There are other bots out there that allows audience feature, along with chatbot, as well as inbox to handle conversations manually. But those bots cannot handle multiple pages at the same time. While Juphy allows me to handle multiple pages at the same time, it doesn't allow me to collect those audiences for running Sponsored Message ads later.
So here're some options that you can consider kindly:
A. Integrate natively with top chatbots (Botstar, Manychat etc.) — I tried Juphy with Botstar. There was error and Juphy couldn't send any message.
B. Add something that allows us to create basic bot (automated reply based on keyword, Messenger Ref URL opt-in, asking for email to first time users in messenger etc.) inside Juphy. AND. . . . Create some form of CRM, where we can keep a record of particular customer, save their email & other details etc. and allow us to export the messenger audience data based on particular tags, for further messenger marketing.
Either implement A or B. Any one of them would solve the problem of CRM + Messenger Marketing opportunities.
